Dr. Boahemaa Ntim

Dr. Boahemaa Ntim is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Africa Tea Company. She is a seasoned entrepreneur, business leader, author, speaker, and business coach with over two decades of experience in finance, business development, innovation, and enterprise growth.

Dr. Ntim holds a Doctor of Business Leadership (DBL) from IPAG Business School, France, an MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana Business School, and a Master of Arts in Ministry from Trinity Theological Seminary.

Throughout her career, she has successfully built and led businesses across multiple sectors and has supported hundreds of entrepreneurs through coaching, mentorship, and business acceleration programs. She is passionate about innovation, sustainable business growth, leadership development, and creating opportunities that empower individuals and communities to thrive.
