Prince Jerry Donkor is the General Manager of The Africa Tea Company. A strategic business leader, enterprise development professional, business coach, and an entrepreneurship trainer with experience across business operations, marketing, project management, financial services, partnership development, research, and organisational growth.

In his role, he coordinates daily operations, production planning, sales execution, distributor relationships, team performance, reporting, and business development initiatives, working closely with the CEO to translate strategic goals into practical action and sustainable growth.

He holds an MBA International Business with a specialization in Marketing Management from Amity University/KNUST, and has undertaken specialised professional training in Project Management, Financial Analysis, Client Protection Principles under the World Bank initiative, and microfinance leadership through the School of African Microfinance. His professional background includes contributions to client-focused research, including work cited on ResearchGate.
